Selen İren graduated from Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Department of Biology, and completed her master’s degree at the same institution. With nearly 10 years of experience, she has specialized in quality management systems, laboratory accreditation, and sustainability.

Throughout her career, she has led the establishment, integration, and auditing of TS EN ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, and ISO 10002 management systems, while also contributing to employee development through corporate trainings and internal audits.

She holds internationally accredited certifications, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor and ISO 14064-1 Corporate Carbon Footprint & Greenhouse Gas Calculation Specialist.
Today, she continues to provide consultancy and training services, guiding organizations in building sustainable, effective, and efficient management systems.
